Kiwanis Club of Golden The Kiwanis Club of Golden is a non-profit organization dedicated to service to the community and youth. Kiwanis International, an organization of clubs throughout the world, charters us. While our efforts are primarily focused on the Golden community, we also are active participants in in regional and global Kiwanis initiatives.

Golden Civic Foundation The purpose of the Golden Civic Foundation is to raise funds primarily from private sources and to use them for the betterment of Golden. The Foundation funds charitable and cultural organizations in Golden and makes improvements to various public properties. It also acquires underutilized properties to sell to organizations that will develop them to enhance the beauty and economic vitality of the city.

American Legion Post 21 The American Legion was chartered by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic, mutual-help war-time veteran's organization. The American Legion is a community-service organization which now numbers nearly 3 million members - men and woman - nearly 15,000 American Legion Posts worldwide. These Posts are organized into 55 Departments - one each for the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, France, Mexico and the Philippines.
